To Our Valued Clients,

Our parts and service departments remain OPEN Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and will continue practicing CDC and public health protocols for social-distancing.

Due to the Governor's Executive Order, our sales department is closed until further notice.  We are available to assist sales clients working in Essential Critical Infrastructure Sectors.

The State of California has designated automotive service and parts operations as  "essential businesses"  and as such, you can rely on our commitment to providing you with exceptional care while we continue to maintain all the necessary precautions for you and our team.

For your convenience, our Service and Parts departments will be open until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (closed Saturdays). We're committed to serving our clients in this challenging time.

Our Sales departments will now be open until 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekend hours remain unchanged at this time.

We will continue to monitor information from our local governments and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to best protect our employees and clients.

There is no higher priority for the Rusnak Auto Group than the safety of our clients and employees. Even though the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low in most of our communities, we want you to feel confident when visiting a Rusnak Auto Group Dealership. As a result, we have enhanced our facility cleaning process to include hospital grade cleaning products and disinfectants that are used for cleaning on a daily basis.

For our service customers we will continue our practice of installing plastic steering wheel and seat covers to protect you and your vehicle. Where possible our team will wear gloves and wipe commonly touched surfaces before vehicles are delivered or returned to you.

As an additional precaution we've asked all of our Rusnak team members to refrain from shaking hands; please accept our salutations, perhaps a bow or a head nod, as sign of respect and consideration for your safety.

We will continue to monitor information from our local governments and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to best protect our employees and clients.
